Sleep Inn & Suites West Des Moines near Jordan Creek

This is a standard three star clean quiet Sleep Inn. Bed was fine, breakfast was mid-the same sort of breakfast fare you’d see at Hampton Inn. We were placed in a room by the pool and it was surprisingly quiet, despite guests yelling and playing in the pool area. Front desk staff were nice. Shower had good water pressure and bathroom was large and well lit. It’s a good place to stop for an overnight during a road trip-right off the highway. There is a McDonalds and convenience store and gas station across the parking lot.

Convenient west Des Moines location, near highways, grocery shops, gas station, etc. Standard warm breakfast, comfortable bed, TV has option to connect to your own Netflix account, stable WIFI, newer facility, friendly staff, all good.

The breakfast was fantastic. A nice variety of food and allowed us to eat and get on with our day. Kelly who was working the breakfast area was fantastic. She was very attentive to keeping everything filled and was a super nice person. She was always smiling and wanted you to have a fantastic experience. Kelly is someone I would hire in a second and I have hired a lot of people in the business world. I hope she is valued at Sleep Inn. I even heard a guest say to her "why are you so nice"?

I would have enjoyed a later breakfast and less restrictions but the accommodations were great overall. I did not use the pool or the exercise room personally but was extremely grateful for the laundry facilities.

All the staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs …especially Kelly the breakfast staff coordinator she was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and everything was tasteful and nicely decorated. we were able to make use of the fitness center which was very nice clean and convenient.
